  1. Ohhh this was so beautiful, peaceful and nurturing. I was at a beautiful, calm, crystal clear, blue river in a forest standing on grass with small colourful flowers.I travelled down the river in a raft made of wood. During my calm, slow and peaceful journey, I saw all kinds of animals and plants. What waited for me around the bending of the river was a breathtaking, beautiful orange and pink sunset. Thank you for this amazing meditation!

  2. I built a tiny toy boat. I became small and climbed in. My journey down a red rock river in Sedona was warm and comforting. Around the bend, I found my ancestors and departed loved ones. Waiting and smiling.

  4. My boat was a paper boat. I flew up to the sky and saw my river in all kinds of directions. The vision I saw was a white and orange striped shell and a tiger.

  6. I rode on a red acacia leaf blowing in the wind and landed in a gutter into a drain into the ocean and a sense of calm relaxation I donโ€™t even think Iโ€™m doing this correctly I just need something to calm my chaotic self destruction and fear of being

  7. My recovering cat came over, settled and relaxed with this on, many thanks, I float on a body board on the stream, I come across a waterfall and a bwach, beautiful warm weather, flowers, plants and life

  8. Loved it! I imagined a bioluminescent forest and animals – sort of like a mix between Avatar and Moana. Around the bend, I entered a glowworm cave similar to the ones in New Zealand and the entire imagery was simply glorious!

    I genuinely did not want this meditation to end.

  11. Really great guided visualization. I was peacefully floating on a huge rubber duck, together with my lovely dog. The sky was bright, the sun was shining on my skin ands birds were singing all along.

  12. This was soooo good! Instead of a boat, I built an amazing tetrahedron type space craft and was floating in space and through worm holes!! Thank you for this!! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

  13. I am sorry but this got me confused. You cannot have sand near a river, itโ€™s either a sea shore or a bank of river which can be rocky or with pebbles. I was trying so hard to visualize and I did visualize a river untill you sand/beach/shore. Sorry.

  18. I couldnโ€™t make it this time: I was afraid all the time to be in the boat, afraid of water, strong river current.
    Otherwise Iโ€™m enjoying your meditations. But this one has woken some of my fears up

  19. A few days ago I made a drawing of my life as a journey on a river, taking people onboard my vessel and letting them off further down the stream, trusting the unfolding behind the next bend. I know something amazing is already there waiting for me to arrive๐Ÿ’– this meditation is a sign that my vision is real. Thank you ๐Ÿฅฐ
