  3. Hmmm, the audio sounds muffled and very airy. Not very clear or relaxing. Whatever you’re doing differently isn’t working for me. Hope this isn’t a regular thing. All the best to you.

  37. Thank you for this video, Anna. Today has been beyond stressful. The school shooting this morning (1/22) is a mere 6 minutes from my home. So many young lives changed forever. My heart is hurting for my community, and for the families torn apart by violence. I have spent the day shifting through so many emotions. So, thank you for this session. While it’s not directly “another person’s” energy, the collective negative energy of the community (anger, fear, heart break) and the situation is weighing on me so heavily. Namaste.
