  1. Powerful content @Brendon. Quantum physics is the highest form of proof we have of how mind and spirit co-create matter but we first need to make space. Releasing is the first step for any creation! I am involved in the same line of work from a quantum physic/subconscious mind perspective. Release and clear the clutter🙌🙏. Then, the sky is not the limit, the mind is!

  5. I’m still sharing this with my coaching clients…years later! It’s been life-changing for so many people who "can’t" meditate. This is how I got started and I still use it several times a week.

In the hustle and grind, we often forget that true productivity and creativity come from a place of calm and clarity. Meditation isn’t just a ‘nice-to-have’ anymore; it’s the secret weapon for unlocking peak performance.

  10. Thank you! This is the first time I’ve ever tried meditation. Came to this video from Dr Childs- he recommends meditation for his thyroid patients. Yes indeed it was ‘clunky’ for me. Found myself losing focus at times and yes, the thoughts kept entering, had to push them away. Apparently I fell asleep or was either so deep into a meditative state – the commercial at the end of this video startled me into reality.

  11. Please just remember to Breathe Deeply! I tend to breathe very shallowly when I do this. This does create an other-worldly feeling, some would call it bliss, (I call it spaced out lol, I feel "spacey"). However, in the long-term it is never good to reduce oxygen flow to the brain. Hundreds of thousands of brain scans by Dr. Daniel Amen show that virtually every brain disorder (dementia, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, etc.) shows a lack of oxygen in one or more areas of the brain. Breathe deeply! It also helps brain function and boosts mood in the short-term; it helps cleanse and detoxify the physical body as well. Breathe deeply.
    I love, love, love this RMT – it changed my life! I have used it to free my conscious and subconscious mind of trauma and PTSD, of negative thought patterns that I had tried and tried to overcome previously, of negative conditioning that I had been unable to overcome previously, of looping thoughts such as a conversation that repeats itself over and over in my brain, of silly old memories from childhood, embarrassments, weaknesses, limiting beliefs, unforgiveness, stress from the day, distractions, so much more!
    I add to Brendon’s technique: Receiving good things. I Release the negative; I Receive the good. For example, I may Release a hurt, and I Receive healing. I Release tension or busyness, and Receive peace, a calm spirit, or restful sleep. I Release a limiting belief, and Receive the opposite, positive belief. I Release my past, and Receive who I am becoming. I am very specific with what I release and what I receive. I do this technique as I am going to sleep, or upon waking, and occasionally during the day. It makes a profound difference in my quality of sleep and in the quality of my days!

  16. Thanks a lot for the meditation. It’s true that nobody explains how to meditate. The music is lovely. For me to say the word "release" is too fast. I breathe in, say "re", breathe out and say to myself "lease". So I also concentrate on my breathe. Wow, it’s amazing how many thoughts were coming. I’ll try to do it daily. Thanks, thanks, thanks!

  17. Based on scientific literature, I see 2 types of meditation – 1. open monitoring (mindfulness) and 2. focused attention (concentration). And every single meditation falls in one of these categories or a mix of two. Do you see the same? Thank you!
