Overthinking has been a big issue in my everyday life and sometimes it comes it between me making everyday chores that i have to stop due to anxiety. This feeling has come to a point where it sometimes over consumes me. I don’t want that anymore, i am working into not letting “what if?” scenarios take over my life. I am healing and i am healthy <3
